The continued rise in outsourcing is due to a companies’ decisions to focus more on their core strengths. In general, service providers concentrate on one or more specialized activities that the sponsor company doesn’t wish to do or doesn’t have as broad in-house capabilities to perform. Providers like DMAI, must be able to engage in a hunt for  talent in order to guarantee expertise and quality.
